The changes in the contract were to change the word township to town, add Trade Lake township to the service area and to require notice from the town to terminate service. All townships in their service area were provided a new contract. Motioned seconded by Greg Anderson; carried.

Lee Cartier provided input to the clerk for the budget, and the comprehensive land use committee requested $3,000 to $4,000 in the 2011 budget. The clerk plans to have a preliminary budget prepared for the next meeting.
